Man pleads guilty to Dereham murder

A 49-year-old has pleaded guilty to murdering Brian Heed in Dereham in February 2017.
Richard Alan Beane of Brunswick Close, entered his plea at Norwich Crown Court and has been remanded in custody. He will be sentenced at Norwich Crown Court on Friday 12th May.
The plea came after an investigation by the Norfolk and Suffolk Joint Major Investigation Team into the murder of Brian Heed which happened in Boyd Avenue on Sunday 5th February 2017.
A Home Office post mortem examination found that Brian Heed was attacked with a knife.
